1. Quinoa

Quinoa is a pseudo cereal rich in iron, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins, and with a very low fat content. It is also an excellent source of protein. In addition, it is on the list of gluten-free cereals, making it perfect for people with celiac disease.

You can cook it as if it were rice, in fact its cooking is very similar. Do not limit yourself to the quinoa salad, dabble with peppers stuffed with quinoa or even a paella.
